I am deeply passionate about mental health, trauma work, and advocacy. With over a decade of experience, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals across all age groups on their therapeutic journeys. I will meet you where you’re at, tailoring goals and methods to align with your unique needs. I work a great deal with the LGBTQ+ community. My practice is & always will be a safe space.
